WWW dns record doesn't work properly

I have a principal domain (vpscolombia.co) and other domains (academialegato.com). when I try to enter with www.academialegato.com this redirecto to www.vpscolombia.co, If I enter without www it works fine. this is the dns records created by default:

I tested it normally.

All my domains works with out www. exp: shiningstore.ga, vpscloud.ga, e-agenda.ga, plazacastilla.com.co and my primary domain is supaginaweb.ga, when I enter www.shiningstore.ga -> this page enter to supaginaweb.ga and the same thing happens with all my domains. what I need configure the DNS? or what?

I can't reproduce this problem.
can i login your panel to check it ? if you can , please send the panel url account and password to my email zhwyeah@gmail.com
