Currently, only SSL will be automatically renewed within 30 days.
If there is any problem with the data recorded before, it will not be re-renewed correctly. You need to update the panel to the latest version, then Disable SSL, and then re-apply for SSL to allow other records to be correct.

We have the same problem, that have to renew domains manually.
I read back what you ask to solve the problem so I checked the these files:
/www/server/panel/data/default.db <- Looks ok
/www/server/panel/data/db/ssl_data.db <- Looks ok
/www/server/panel/config/letsencrypt.json <- renew_time not refreshing
/www/server/panel/config/letsencrypt_v2.json <- renew_time not refreshing

Example:
One of our domain will expire soon:
"cert_timeout": 1745452157 -> 2025-04-24 01:49:17
"renew_time": 1737676157 -> 2025-01-24 00:49:17

I try panel fix or upgrade but nothing help.
Have you got any advice how to solve this?
