i have server with public IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, and installed aaPanel. And create a website on the domain with my public IP

Can i make a website use domain with my public ip on other port? like xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3000
My aaPanel listen on port 8881
how can i listen to port 3000 on my public IP, and access my website without a domain name?
Because, currently i don't have domain name, and want to test my website.
