aapanel ssl verification connection refused sometimes

hi when i want to renew or verify ssl dns
i got net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
/ajax?action=get_lines

it takes 2 day my question is Awaiting approval !!!!

Did you use manual verification to apply for the certificate? Is there any other way to reapply?
