Dhanamerdeka note.... for now, i using centos 7 and anything working so well. but if i switch to ubuntu and other's, i have some error like.... when installing email (mailserver), sometimes the error appear when installing php etc
luchorengo Dhanamerdeka FYI I'm using CentOS 8 and no issues so far. Not sure if your "lot of bugs" were related to OS version or something was wrong in your environment. Again, CentOS 8 has no issues for me so far and I'm using almost all tools provided by aaPanel. Could you please elaborate on what issues did you face? Just to keep an eye on it
Dhanamerdeka luchorengo maybe they already fix that, on past i using centos 8 and there's was a bug on email. everything was correct but i can't send or receive email... now i on centos 7 there's no bug so far....
aaP_hareeshnarayan1982 Dhanamerdeka Try to use centos 7. EOL for Centos 8 is 2021 December 31 as announced by RHEL. Whereas Centos 7 will be 2024 June.
VarunAlex VarunAlex Fail2ban 1.7 is also not working (plugin). Had to install and configure it manually. The dashboard was showing Fail2ban is running but when I open the settings popup, it did not allow me to do anything. Just saying "Please start the Fail2ban service first!" but I wasn't able to start the service. Installed manually and it worked.
aaPanel_Jose Hello VarunAlex I just tested on a ubuntu20 server and did not find this problem. Have you tried to reinstall the fail2ban plugin?
