Not able to start Pure-FTP server

Hi getting below message while trying to start the Pure-FTP server. Currently the service is not running and even not starting.

Was able to start the service but getting below error while connecting:

Please check if your port 21 is already occupied?

The issue was fixed after changing the passive ports. Thanks for the response.
