apatel Hello Guys, A am new to AApanel. Website showing HTTP Error 500 . Hosted on AWS Light sail. Am I correct in understanding need to restart webserver from the apps section? Does anything else needs to be done?
TheWormsUnited apatel HTTP Error 500 its an internal server error, means that somehow in your system you have a problem, you can try to fix the installation within the command line, i would suggest a new install of your system. Anyways, did you checked the logs?
apatel TheWormsUnited Thank you. Havent checked the logs. The person who used to handle my server cannot access his office due to covid. Anyway will speak with him again and check the logs too.
TheWormsUnited apatel the error you have might be due the release of the ports you need to work on it. Some simple line of codes can fix that issue under SSH. Wish you all the best in there and keep youself safe. Best regards
Stealth After restart must always open the ports like 80,443,21... etc. Its a bug in aaPanel, old versions no have problem. Have you Debian 10 too?
