Is there a method to push a staging site to a live site via aapanel?
Without wordpress plugins - more plugins just makes wordpress site more bloaty

Within aaPanel I have the following;

examplesite1.com (live site) and staging.examplesite1.com(staging site) however there's no easy way to go from staging to live or live to staging. aaPanel must build a feature for 1 click migration from one site to another within aaPanel

They may also be http/https issues url replacement issues many issues if done manually.
About to test live to staging manually as stated things will inevitably break.

Currently the solution is to take backup of live site manually, download - re-upload to staging (this is tedious). This method can also be used vice versa staging to live.

you don't need to download it. use copy/paste from aapanel. url replacement is a WordPress issue.
