Docker manager and Openproject

I have installed Docker on nginx and im trying to install openproject on my subdomain like task.example.com i can set up everything but only with port. So its working but something like task.example.com:8888 but i want to delete :8888... I tried delete it from config.v2.json and it's not working. When im creating container with no port it's not working too. This is that error what is written when is there no port.

You can use the map function to use the nginx reverse proxy to convert the container port
