Issues with Supervisor

I am trying to run an application via supervisor. But after setting supervisor this error comes

After repairing the panel, the command in supervisor disappeared.

Below a picture of the configuration, I have removed the domain for privacy reasons.

This is a clean server with Debian 10 and only AAPanel installed.
