aaP_telegram2900 yes you can delete it and uncheck write access log to never have the log file but it's good to have log file to check what's going on in your website. Instead of not having the log file, you can use the cut log Cron job available in aapanel Cron to setup how often you want to cut the log file and keep few (4-5) backup if you ever need it for debugging. And that will be automatically using Cron. So you don't need to use log cleanup manually for logs.
