SMTP Relay settings not sticking and do not seem to work

Set all the info go back it is turned on but the server and port is blank

Does not seem to work either after setting it

I got it to work at the top of the file it had relayhost =

And at the bottom it had relayhost = [pro.turbo-smtp.com]:587

I just deleted the one at the top of the config file and it works

However the settings are not appearing in the boxes

For host and port
