Kasi aaP_laraza_20 node is totally not working well in aapanel i suggest remove it and install it manually via ssh, i had the same problem running a gps tracker test like the one you are using ( open source )
Kasi aaP_laraza_20 or you can also run it via ssh by going to your project fils directory and start the project by typing : node jsfilename.js
