owner issue

Server A has backup files.
Owner changes when you move to where the server Baapanel is installed.

Why is this happening? I'm connecting to the panel now and changing it to /www.
It takes a lot of time because there are many files and folders.

inguide I don't know why is this happens to you but you can change directory and files permissions in bulk like this:

In terminal go to "/www/wwwroot" where you have your site: yoursite.com for example and run:
find yoursite.com -type f -exec chmod 644 {} + -o -type d -exec chmod 755 {} +
chown -R www yoursite.com

Is this the right command?

There are the following issues. What did I do wrong?

find: paths must precede expression: `chown'
