I get this error when verifying that any of my domains work:

Apache Server at gamerplus.live Port 443
I am using Oracle's Free Tier VM's and I do have a static IP address.
My domain provider is Name Cheap
The domain is setup correctly and is pointing to the correct IP address.
Not sure what is causing this issue.
