I'm using Ubuntu 20.04, sometimes PHP 7.4 installed has OpenSSL 1.1.1f version which has an annoying bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssl/+bug/1951279) . This bug causes composer to be unable to connect to the packagist. Sometimes it can be fixed by reinstalling OS and reinstall aapanel again but this is annoying. If you have a way to work around this it would be greatly appreciated
