this feature not yet available on aapanel dashboard but you can do this on ols dashboard...
first open port 7080(ols dashboard)
to create admin account type this on terminal
/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/admpass.sh i tested on centos distro, idont know it will same on other distro..
