Email service error

Hi,

I created some emails for some domains and I hadn't sent any emails yet.

When trying to send an email I got a crash in Roundcube and I spent all day trying to fix the problem by changing the Roundcube configuration file, but nothing worked, only the error code changed. So in an attempt to solve the problem (after doing this with Roundcube, several times) I decided to uninstall the Mail Server 4.6 plugin and install it again. Now the problem has gotten worse.

When opening the settings, the error message appears:

This appears to be the same message I saw when I clicked on Refresh domain record a moment earlier

And when I try to add a new domain, it says that it already exists, as shown below

What should I do?

Hello, there should be an error during the installation of "mail server",
It is recommended to reinstall again and also check for errors during installation.

I removed and reinstalled postfix and it still gives the same error. Regarding this Python error, is there any python file missing from the server, needed to refresh the domains?

Or rather, where is the information of the domains of the mail servers saved? Would it be the case of doing a manual interaction to delete and try to register again through the panel?

Same problem reported by A LOT OF people. I had to retire using email with aapanel because of this mail bug.

Wow, solved.

I renamed the /www/vmail folder to /www/vmail-bak
I uninstalled and installed Mail Server.
So I managed to register the host and emails for it.
All that's left now is to fight with the roundcube.

How can this help other people...

After testing many combinations, I found that the only settings that should be changed in the Roundcube are:
In the /config/defaults.inc.php file

$config['default_host'] = 'tls://%s';
$config['smtp_server'] = '%h';
