Enable cache for Wordpress?

Hi, I'm testing the oracle free server with aapanel and I don't understand how to activate the cache to be able to use it with wordpress. I tried some plugins in my wordpress but they don't seem to work properly.
Could you help me to activate the cache and then what plugin should I use in my Wordpress?

Hello, are you a newly built wordpress website? If it is recommended to use "Wordpress deploy", it will configure "Nginx Helper" as a cache.

no, i just change mysql 5.7 to mariadb 10.5

yes before changing to mariadb I did a database backup, then after that I created a new database with the same dbname,dbuser,pass then I did the import. the site is running fine, only wordpress settings are having problems. i need to clear cache from wordpress settings aapanel
