cant create a ssl certificate Let's Encrypt

I still get the Verification timeout error when I attempt to run the Let's Encrypt wizard.

Try installing version 2.20
pip install -I requests==2.20.0

I am running version 2.20.0. Anything else I can try?

I found I had some directory and python file permission issues so have updated the /www/server/panel directory to 755 and the files to 644. Seams to have fixed another issue, But no change on this SSL issue, saw this in the panel error log.

I'm getting an error creating a new ssl. What is wrong? How to fix it?

Hello, is it possible to fix it by trying to log in to the server with the ssh tool and execute the command?
