no privileges mysql phpmyadmin

hi there i try to install one script but i get error check database permission i search in google about this error and i found i have enable privileges mysql phpmyadmin but i can see there is no option for privileges in mysql phpmyadmin

i try GRANT ALL ON . TO 'user'@'localhost' with GRANT OPTION; etc but its doesn't work
can you please help me to enable privileges in database
