Alert: "php temporary folder is not set"

I manage with aaPanel several websites with Joomla!
In the Joomla! backend I get a warning message "The PHP temporary folder is not set".
I know that in the php.ini there is a variable upload_tmp_dir for this purpose but a doubt...

if the php.ini is unique for all websites what value should I give to the upload_tmp_dir variable?

Set it to a directory that php can have access to, such as: /tmp

As a courtesy, I ask you one more clarification...
By setting the value "/tmp", will the tmp directory I see already present in the root be used or do I have to create a "tmp" folder somewhere?
Basically, is it enough that I set /tmp in the php.ini or do I also have to create the directory?

You can create a new directory /tmp/upload_ tmp_ PHP, which can distinguish that the uploaded files do not use the same directory as other programs

Sorry Kern but I want to make sure I'm doing it right.

It might be a good solution to set this in the php.ini:
upload_tmp_dir = "/www/server/php/tmp"

and then create a tmp directory in /www/server/php/ ?

Does this new directory need special permissions (777, 755...)?
