how to apply SSL cert on mail 4.2

Hello

how do i add SSL cert on mail ? i know there is a tab at the Mail Server. under lets Encrypt > DNS > Manual > domain name and i clicked on apply. Screen pop out "Application for Certificate, please wait..." but 2 sec and disappered. when i try to setup with my iphone mail it said unsafe SSL.

any idea ?

Hello, did the SSL addition succeed? If the Add SSL is still not successfully added, can it be solved by trying to upgrade the mail server to 4.6? Note that you cannot downgrade after upgrading.

sorry i just checked again the mail server is on 4.6. and no SSL was not succeed. i can add SSL to my website, just not the mail server
