i've configure my aapanel using DNS apps like this and my name server on dashboard domain like this then i try with ping in cmd, this yet connect each other? its mean betwen server and domain are not linked yet. How to fix this?

Only one of pdns and bind9 can be used. panel uses pdns. You can install bind9 by yourself, but the panel cannot manage it.

Try to click "Restart" on the Service interface in DNS Manager, and then go to the domain name provider to see if there is a record.
