Bind aapanel account error (incorrect login/password)

Hello, I'm trying to bind my aapanel account to my panel.
I can login on aapanel.com with my login/password without error
When I try to login inside my panel I always get an incorrect email/password error or username/password error.
Tried both email / username.

What can I do to debug this ?

Hello, logging in to your panel only requires an email account and password. Do your account and password contain special symbols? Can you tell us your account and password? If possible please send to kern@aapanel.com.

Yes my password contains symbols, I changed my password removed symbols and it's working now.
It'd be nice if you could make it work with password containing symbols thought.
