I have a server based on nginx and aapanel where wordpress page is being hosted.
Issue I am facing is that I cannot access any files from outside wordpress files. For example, I can access image directly from wp-content/uploads/2022/1.png but I cannot access image directly from mylocation/1.png - it gives 404 error message, even though folder is in the server with same permissions as wordpress folders.
For wordpress, I am using post-name permalink.
I cannot find any specific rules in htaccess/url rewrite aapanel settings (maybe I just don't understand them) that could be blocking accessing files outside wordpress hierarchy.
Page was made some time ago by a web designer that I cannot contact and I am really lost here ... Could someone advise where may be such settings that block accessing non-wordpress hierachy files ?
