how i can edit LSPHP settings for domains?

how i can edit settings for php on openlitespeed?

i changed
maxConns 50
env LSAPI_CHILDREN=50

on openlitespeed main configuration but does not take effect on sites, after reboot i still get

[STDERR] [12789] Reached max children process limit: 10, extra: 3, current: 13, busy: 13, please increase LSAPI_CHILDREN.
