Unable Import Database in PostgreSQL

Hello, I want to import database into postgreSQL but when I upload the file via postgreSQL Manager 1.5, the file is not saved. it has successfully uploaded but not saved in file import list. I've tried so many times, re-installing the manager and the postgreSQL version, but it still didn't work. does anyone have the solution, please?

Can. After uploading the file on the Files interface of the panel (use ftp or other tools to upload the large file), then use the terminal to enter the directory of the uploaded file and execute the restore command. Please use a search engine to search for the restore command. Please back up before restoring.
