FTP not able to access folder for website.

While creating the website I also created an FTP user while creating the website in the same step. Website created perfectly, no issue in the website can install software can access software like WordPress on website.

But while accessing the web folder through FTP I get the below error.

Response: 331 User userid OK. Password required

Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

to check further I tried to create one FTP user from the PureFTP setting module. while creating FTP users it also created a folder by default. After creating a new FTP user I check the same. And to my surprise, this user was able to access the FTP folder without any issue. Below is access log

I have changed the domain and IP for security here...
Please some one help me to resolve issue

Hello,

530 Login authentication failed, which shows that the authentication failed. You can view the user and password in the FTP interface.
When adding an FTP user, a related directory will be created automatically, or a directory may be specified. Being able to log in means using the correct user and password.
