aaPanel_Kern I tried this way but it is not activated for wordpress installed in a subdomain, I will do it the second way. 
A suggestion is to have the Wordpress settings option for multisite wordpress installed in the same domain, for example wp.com, wp.wp.com, wp2.wp.com etc.
And also the option to separate the caches from the domains, whenever I click on purge all cache it clears the cache of all the website and not just the one I chose, well they are just suggestions, thank you because it worked!
