Delete and storage remains full

Hello friends and administrators.

I'm having a strange problem, I'm using centos 7 + aapanel updated free, when I delete files from my aapanel the storage is simply full, as if I hadn't deleted it.
Is there any command in the terminal to clean these hidden files that take up storage space?
Or does anyone know which folder is these deleted files, so that I can delete them?

Check Recycle bin option in File manager aapanel.

Thanks for the reply friend, do you refer to this folder ".Recycle_bin"?
I had a look at this folder but it only contains "(28,672 byte)" of data inside, my problem is that I'm uploading 1GB zip files and when I delete the space is not reduced.

THANK YOU SO MUCH "jonhcarter" I found the option, I am very happy to know that it is not an error on my server, I have already freed up 50% of space on my server, thank you very much for helping me, I am very grateful
