phpmyadmin , Does not have a users tab ? How create another data base?

I can only login using the data base name as the
user name

----- I need to create a second user and data base. ------
This is so I can use a copy of the main site for testing,

--- without disrupting the site that is live to the public.

How do I login to phpmyadmin as root user? where do I
find my root user name?

How create another data base?

You can create another user in aapnel Databases option. Click on Add Database to create a new user. The user name for root is root & you can see/reset the root password in the appanel Databases option.

I was trying to make a database with phpmyadmin -- thats the way I used
to do it with another type of panel. The create database and root pass buttons are
right there on the database page. ------- very easy.
