database no longer works

mysql doesn't want to restart or shut down, nor does it want to add databases to an app anymore. How can I fix this problem, it also doesn't want to anymore
phpmyadmin doesn't work either
only wroks with errors under 8.1
I think it's because of MySQL
but how to solve

Hello, please check if mysql is running, you can check it in the app store
If not running. Please check the log what caused the problem.
