Fail to connect to the server!

Hi, like title, it's haven when i try Add Remote DB .. still now, i Can't access DB with PHPMyadmin or Other DB Manager, but some my App in same server can connect flawless if need mysql.

i try with IP Public or Local IP still no luck, but, my app just typed localhost it's connected.

anyone can figure out this problem?

Hello, please check whether the root of the database of the remote server has remote permissions, and whether the 3306 port system firewall of the remote database and the firewall of the server provider are open.
