URL redirect not works (for .htaccess)

Shows this error when I put this code rewrite /.* https://$http_host$uri permanent; in URL redirect
nginx: [emerg] "server" directive is not allowed here in /www/server/panel/vhost/rewrite/example.com.conf:2
nginx: configuration file /www/server/nginx/conf/nginx.conf test failed

In rewrite rule page at the top you can see:
rewrite rule converter apache to nginx.
Click on it then paste your htaccess code. It will give you nginx REWRITE rule.
