I've just reinstalled mail server and I can't get it fully operational now

Well, had to install all over again, including OS bcs "Ubuntu Impish" stopped support and updates etc. No worries. Anyway,,, This all started because I can't manage to validate DKIM record as seen in attachment.
I even tried different server names to try to flush the key. no luck.

Any ideas??
