Email stock on old IP

I tranfer domain to anonether server and the Mail server 4.6 it stock on the old IP address so it refuce to add the domain name in to.

A record parsing failed

Hello, you need to change the A record resolution of the domain name first, or can you restore the old Mail backup to the new server?
