problem pureftp in backup server. (API data verification failed please verify!)

Hi i have 2 server with aapanel
1 first is a master server with website etc and I installed on this server "ftp storage for backup".
Second server is a simple machine with aapanel and pureftp.
When i try connect master to backup i have problem with "API data verification failed, please verify!"

when i try connect with filezzila or winscp i dont have problem but i see in logs this note :
"The server sent a passive response with a non-routable address. Using the server address instead."
but server work"

Ftp server have onlock port in security: Accept port:[39000:40000]
servers is on oracle cloud but cloud firewall is disabled and i use only linux firewall

no it a simple account test with random password from aapanel generator

hi . i can't do that becouse this server with not snapshot and i have risk data on him. but i can give you logs orr smoethink else you wont.
