Migrate from CentOs 8 to Rocky Linux

Hi there !! as in my title post i want to ask some opinion from you about migration from CentOs 8 > Rocky Linux .
In my case the reason is : Slow system comparing with CentOS 7 but:
I have already installed from 2 years on my VPS aaPanel where i host a nextcloud for one of my clients ( this have around 700gb of data inside )
The real questions is : can i migrate from CentOS 8 to Rocky Linux withot losing data and configuration ?
I have instaled Nginx,Mysql,Redis,Memcached,Fail2Ban, Waf for Nginx , ...

Hello,
Yes, install the relevant programs in the new server. After the configuration, set up the same site and use IP access to test whether it is normal.
After normal operation, stop accessing the old server, and then migrate the data file and database backup of the old server's website to the new server for recovery.
Then change the resolution of the domain name.

Hello, yes, but there is a risk of data loss. Package and download all the data to the local computer for operation

Thank you for your time , i will try but afer i backupped all my data .

Migrated with success and without losing any data or configuration .
Comands :
sed -i 's/mirrorlist/#mirrorlist/g' /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Linux-*
sed -i 's|#baseurl=http://mirror.centos.org|baseurl=http://vault.centos.org|g' /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Linux-*
sudo dnf install centos-release-stream -y
sudo dnf swap centos-{linux,stream}-repos -y
sudo dnf distro-sync -y
