Unable to setup smtp sender account

Just setup a new install of AA Panel that is running off Ubuntu Server 22.04.01 LTS and we currently access it via a public IP address.

went to setup the email notification settings

Added the credentials for my gmail account

On pressing Save I get an Error

Credentials entered are all correct. Am I missing something ?

Please help.
