Open port 587

Hi, I have 2 different servers both with aapanel.
In one I have port 587 open so I can send mails via wordpress without a problem.
In the other one I added the rule to open the port 587 but it says "not listening"

For that reason i can not send mails.
Am I missing something?

let me explain a little. I don't have a mail server in this panel. The mail I'm using is in another server domain. But like I said, I'm using that same mail in another domain without a mail server.

mail@example1.com is in server "mail.example1.com"
when I use that mail in a wordpress site in a server with the port 587 listening it works fine.
When I use that mail in a wordpress site in a server with the port 587 open but "not listening" I get this message from a smtp plug in and the mails does not work

I opnened the port in the security tab of aapanel... should I restart the panel or the server?

Sorry for my ignorance... but I tried to open a test port, restarted the server and still "not listening".

Do I need to install the mail server app con aapanel (the one with the wordpress site I need to use for sending mails) for the ports 587 and 443 to listen? Even when I'm not using a custom mail for this particular domain?

I installed the mail server app in aapanel, now I have the 587 port open and listening

But still the smtp plug in won't work

I have the same exact server configuration in another server and it works fine.

Any clue? i would be very thankful to any help!

Hello, is ssl enabled on the mail server?
Can Send mail in the mail server send mail?
Can smtp in wordpress use port 25 to send emails?
Use the following command to check whether ssl can be used, replace mail.xxx.com with your domain name, if it is not OK, please apply for SSL again
openssl s_client -connect mail.xxx.com:465 -starttls smtp
or
openssl s_client -connect mail.xxx.com:587 -starttls smtp

Yes, I have no problem with that

Hostinger reccomended me to change some settings in the cloudflare dns... but I think that only points to better delivery, when in this case is clear that my problem is with the server from which I'm trying to send the mails.

Let me sum up.
If I send mail from any wordpress, even a test sandbox site... it works OK.

But when I send from this particular website in my main server, it doesn't

Which is true... but then why does it work fine from a sandbox test site or from my other VPS in another hosting?

Trust me... the mail in question is perfectly configured in that sense

Let me summarize:
The mail in question is info@pkadoras-mail.com.ar
When I send mail from that same server is OK
When I send mail from a wordpress website of another server 1 is OK
When I send mail from a wordpress website on a sandbox like "tastewp.com" is OK

But when I send from this particular server (I tried 2 different wordpress sites) it gives me this and does NOT work

So it clearly has to be some server issue right?
The thing is that when I check those ports, they show like open and listening.
So I'm really running out of ideas 🙁

I tried port 25 and 465. I tried everything to be honest.

I don't want to waste your time anymore. I will hire the support of the smtp plug in to configure the server.
