Wordpress ftp access

Hi,
i have a migration of a wordpress installation.
I want now to remove some plugins and wordpress want ftp access
i have made a ftp user with path to wordpress installation but it can´t remove plugins.
Hostname i use my pc and ip and domianname nothing works.
It come user or pw wrong but is 100% correct

what you mean the ftp account or the the total wordpress installation?
Plugins is not a good idea also i can´t install new plugins.
Is there a problem with the permission?

it's a problem in folder permissions

yes i make a new clean installation and works.
But what permission the folder need?
I have some wordpress on existings webhost and want to move to my home webserver.
When i copy the files and folder from existing installation owner and permission are diffrent how i can change this?
the old files are must 644 permission the test installation comes with 755
Ok i can change in file manager but is there a better way?
