Mail problem 3 days in row

Hello we have debian 10 and mail server enabled.

We can use email over roundcube.. but we can't connect to IMAP/SMTP over outlook etc...
SSL is enabled but still can't log in we get this error: We Couldn't connect to the incoming (POP/IMAP) server. Please check the incoming (POP/IMAP) server settings and try again.

Hello, try using telnet command to check if you can link to mail server?
Format:
telnet ip port

Is the same not working on your outlook computer?

aaPanel_Kern yes problem is that we can't connect to mail over imap smtp... as I undestand ports are not opened, but I have opened them in UFW and in sysfirewall AApanel settings.

Check if the security group exists on the server provider? If so, please open the relevant port
