PostgresSql database access from external ip

Hello everybody,

Any database created by PostgreSql Manager is not accessible from another machine.
The postgres user works, but any other does not.

Listen Address:

Database Example:

Client Authentication:

External Access with Error(Test)

External Access with Success(Postgres)

Can anybody help me?

Hello, try to use the SSH tool to execute the following command to check whether the test database exists?
Log in:
su - postgres

enter the database
psql

Check out the database:
\l

View all database information
SELECT * FROM pg_database ORDER BY datname;

quit
\q

I executed the sent commands, the database was not really created.
Is there any bug in creating the database through PostgreSql Manager? Is it possible to fix?
