Problems with assigning domains and opening ports on my server computer.

Hey i host aapanel on my own server computer (Ubuntu 20.04/linux) but have absolutely no clue which ports to open and how to configure the domain to allow traffic outside my network. My ip appears to be private and dynamic.
Any help?

Hello, can your private ip be accessed normally? If it is normal, you may need to open the mapping of the relevant ports for your router
The website uses port 80,443 by default, and the panel uses port 7800
At the same time, if the export ip is a dynamic ip, it cannot be used normally.

Ip addr command shows alot of dyanmic text, so i suppose it is.

Is there a way to change the dynamic ip to static for website to use?
Or maybe modify the settings in router settings? Like in DHCP or DDNS settings? Or how to get rid of this issue?
Buy an router that is dedicated to hosting?
