Reverse Proxy 504 Gateway Time-out nginx

Dear aapanel i am running two server, one is nginx and other is openlitespeed, i installed nginx on proxy server and used reverse proxy to openlitespeed server. i am getting issue with 504 Gateway time out on nginx can you help me out
target url i set my server ip and sent domain i used my domain

This is error message what i am getting on proxy server

Hello, please check your configuration, traget url is ip, Set Domain please do not change the settings, keep the default settings.
Also check whether your servers can communicate with each other?

i haved checked both server is working well and running upto time but issue with this error make the website stuck and unable to load it can i get a preminum support to look on this request is there any paid support which i can get it if yes then please let me know os that we can talk directly on live chat and fix the issue

aaPanel_Kern WHEN I CHECK F12 i can see status waiting and after some times i will get load if not load then 502 time out nginx,

actual erorr is that upstream time out, but upstream working super well. this is the making issue. is it possible to look from your side i think you will get actual mkaing issue

Hello, 502 means that the backend cannot be requested. It is recommended to check the log of the site and the log of the backend

this makes me think when there is network error or time out, if i go to the network and ping the server its working well, and other site which has on the upstream server working fine. is there any error by the way to suggest or help me
