nginx: [emerg] cannot load certificate

I have this problem ,

nginx: [emerg] cannot load certificate "/www/server/panel/ssl/certificate.pem": BIO_new_file() failed (SSL: error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or directory:fopen('/www/server/panel/ssl/certificate.pem','r') error:2006D080:BIO routines:BIO_new_file:no such file)
nginx: configuration file /www/server/nginx/conf/nginx.conf test failed

and I am unable to install SSL how can I solve it?

It is recommended to check which site uses the certificate of this directory, and then turn off SSL. Remember that only sites with the same domain name as the panel will use this directory

I was experiencing the same problem, I had to remove the SSL to be able to migrate, but because of that, when I disable the SSL of the Panel, it does not remove the SSL from the nginx conf of phpmyadmin.
I commented out the lines and it fixed it.

Hello, is there any error in the migration process? SSL configurations for known reverse proxies and sites are not migrated.
