cURL unable to get local issuer certificate

hello team, i have problem while check curl on my site as seen in screenshoot attached. i have follow instruction form here https://www.aapanel.com/forum/d/4603-cron-access-url-with-curl-failed-ssl-certificate-problem/2 and restart server but problem still apear. how to fix this thanks before

fix this issue with renew let's encrypt from panel dashboard..

This issue should be reported to Let's Encrypt, we cannot handle it.
The reason is that the expiration of Let's Encrypt's ca certificate makes the system unrecognizable, which should be very complicated and may be related to interests
Or you can use a paid certificate from a third party

no, I mean I fixed this issue by renewing let's encrypt in the aapanel admin panel
