Why can't my panel access again after installing openliterspeed?

Today after I installed openliterspeed for vps, after installing the websites on vps can still access normally but I can't access the panel anymore? After entering user and password, only see rotation. Can someone help me? I have a lot of websites on this vps.

aaPanel_Kern I can't connect with chrome browser, if I access with Safari, I get to the login screen, it just rotates like that!! I tried anonymously and it didn't work. Please help

Press F12 in the browser to go to the network interface, and then access it. Is there any error?
