Backup and Restore with FTP

We had integrated bunny storage through SFTP using FTP plugin. I see a restore button in the backup option of the website, does this work? Means clicking will restore the back up from remote location via FTP or do i need to keep a local backup copy for restoration?

Hello, restore from ftp is not supported, it is recommended to keep a local copy

aaPanel_Kern ifbpossible, it will be good to have restore from ftp, you can copy the remote file and put it in temp and restore. Because normally local back up can also be deleted in case of a server crash.

I am getting "Error Establishing a Database Connection" -
I am running 4 WP Sites and i have no idea of how they broke because 3 of them still seemed to be 'running' because the homepage was displayed. but if i try to login or click internal pages (ie: about us, contact us, blog etc) it would give me the above 'Database Connection error'

I reinstalled wordpress, on one site and some how get one it up and running - but when i try to navigate to that site it gives me "Already Installed
You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first."

But i can login is no issues there...

cant seem to find the database connections...

Please check if mysql can add databases normally? You can check the error log of mysql
